Government Projects

My Father was very interested in any Government projects intended to benefit our country, and especially when Uncle Charlie visited us we went to inspect them.  Hora Hora was of great interest though the power from it didn’t get to us but the works and development at Arapune were inspected and anticipated and eventually shared. 

Another project we inspected was the planting of tung oil trees.  Many acres in the Kaikohe district were planted but I do not know why they did not come to fruition
